I work specifically in the field of Digital market research, online boards, mobile ethnography, remote journals, etc. What I love about this is the ability to connect with people through technology, which has been incredibly useful during this COVID pandemic. Even before keeping socially distant for our health, technology has helped us reach people, places and moments that would traditionally be hard to reach. Understanding the moments that people don't readily share with strangers but easily open up to their devices, is beautiful.
